Conference Stand

The research group Site-Specific Film has built a physical centre for the digital conference, the Conference Stand. The idea was to create a space for relaxed focus/defocus on the notion of artistic research in film and to serve Transversal Entanglement as the main stage and break room. The group‘s central idea is to take situations and architectures as an occasion for spontaneous filmic reactions. The Conference Stand also shows 17 works that were created specifically for this setting.

Artistic Research
at Film University Babelsberg

At Film University Babelsberg, artistic research is carried out by students, academic and artistic staff, doctoral students, professors and visiting professors, also in cooperation with partners. Some of these research projects were presented in parallel on Thursday evening, June 3, 17:30-19:00 CET, mostly in groups.
